If you contact us by 10am on Monday Through Thursday, We can FedEx a box of flowers for you to pickup the next day by Noon. Please note we are limited by availability at the time you order and we are not responsible if FedEx has a delay or loses the box.  These purchases are in Box size only.  So for example, 100 Stems of roses, 10 bunches of spray roses, 12 bunches of Mums. 10 Bunches of Seeded Eucalyptus. The average cost of FedEx is between $75 and $100 per box plus the cost of the flowers. We do not mark up the shipping charges. 

On Wholesale or Consumer Bulk Purchases we do not offer delivery. The flowers must be picked up

On wholesale and consumer bulk items - there is no refund or cancellation. 

For Wholesale and Consumer Bulk orders we will gladly answer questions about flower availability and pricing. If you need assistance in planning the order, stem counts needed,  designs, or how to arrange questions, a consultation with a member of our staff is available at an hourly rate of $150.00. We pride ourselves in offering wholesale and bulk consumer flower purchases at the lowest price available. Therefore, other than the general questions needed to place your order, all other questions would need to be answered during a consultation.

In general you will receive an email that we have received your inquiry the same day submitted.  Due to various reasons, mainly flowers are grown all over the world, we usually have initial quotes back to you in 2-3 working days.  If it is a simple order with basic flowers, we can usually turn those around quicker.  PLEASE NOTE, getting a quote during major floral holidays usually does not occur.  So please time your inquiry well before Valentine's and Mother's Day. I would suggest a month in advance to be safe.  The flower farms will not do quotes during the major holidays.  

With enough notice, we can assist in obtaining wholesale floral supplies and vases. We do not carry an abundance of inventory on this, so it would have to be ordered months before an event.
