Wholesale Orders: Minimum 3 Weeks Advance, Bulk Quantities Only
From years of working with flowers, we would like to share this one helpful insight. When you have an upcoming event, plan out your colors, the number of designs you are making, and always have substitutes in mind. Sometimes Mother Nature has other plans than we do and the ideal flower you planned on using is not available. That is why we led off with pick your colors, it gives you the opportunity to easily find substitutes. Very often we find that customers will lock themselves into a certain flower and if it doesn't come in from the farm, scrambling at the last moment is much easier if you have planned with colors and not a specific variety of flower.
Once you have decided on your colors and what designs you are going to make, take the time to create a recipe for each design. This will confirm how many bunches of each flower you will need.
Once you have all of your planning done, it's time to prepare your email for submission to sales@spedales.com. Please note that we will always review your order and may ask questions, ask you to modify stem counts to the packing size of the farm. We will also inform you of availability and Pricing. Please submit your order no less than 3 weeks prior to the Event. Four or more weeks prior is preferred.
Please include all details (date, varieties, quantities, etc.) for the fastest quote.

As you can see, the list above is concise, it tells us the variety and also the color palette you are working with.
We normally sell in bulk, by the box. Bulk quantities typically start at 10+ bunches per variety. Contact us for exact pack sizes. However, we are working with new sources that do have smaller pack sizes. If you only need 1 bunch...we will see if we can get it for you.
Upon receiving written email confirmation that you want to place the order, the flowers must be paid for in total. The flower order cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be given in the case that the event is cancelled or the date has changed. There is no exception to this. Once we place the order to the farms, the transaction cannot be changed, voided or cancelled. Please ensure you have verified all details prior to placing the order.
Occasionally, we find out from the farm that the flowers you ordered are not available at time of shipping. In those cases we will reach out to you for substitutions. If for some reason we cannot reach you and we are at deadline, we will find the best substitution available. Please note: substitutions may be necessary. Your quoted price will not change, we will honor it even if the substitution is a more expensive variety.
You can pick up your flowers on the date you provided at 1012 Petroleum Pkwy, Broussard, LA 70518. Please advise if you want the flowers boxed or if you are bringing buckets.
